Right of Withdrawal

DTHgroup – Systemic Transformation for People and Organizations
Last updated: August 2026

1. No right of withdrawal for business customers

HSflow™ is supplied exclusively to companies, public authorities and other organisations acting as entrepreneurs within the meaning of section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB). No contracts are concluded with consumers within the meaning of section 13 BGB.

The statutory right of withdrawal under sections 355 et seq. BGB is available to consumers only. There is therefore no right of withdrawal in respect of the use of HSflow™.

2. If you are acting as a consumer

Should you exceptionally be acting as a consumer, please inform us before entering into the contract. We will then provide you separately with information about your statutory right of withdrawal, together with a withdrawal instruction and a model withdrawal form.

3. Termination of the contract

Termination of the licence agreement is governed by section 13 of our General Terms and Conditions: the contract is concluded for a fixed term. It runs for twelve months from provision of access and expires at the end of that term without any notice of termination being required. An extension requires the express agreement of both parties in text form; there is no automatic renewal. The right to terminate for good cause remains unaffected.

Provisions on refunds can be found in our Refund Policy.

German law applies. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Würzburg, Germany, to the extent permitted by law.
